A classic IPA. Malty, strong and bitter with the distinctive aroma of Cascade hops.
Put crushed Crystal and Victory grains in nylon straining bag and tie closed. Steep in 1½ gallons of 155°F water for 30 minutes. Remove bag and bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the Malt Extract. Bring back to the boil and add the Northern Brewer hops. Boil for 55 minutes and then add the Cascade hops and boil for a further 5 minutes.
