Moravian malt and imported Czech Saaz hops, along with genuine Budejovice yeast, makes this beer as near to the original as possible.
Bring 2½ gallons water to a boil. Remove from heat and add Liquid and Dry Malt Extracts. Return to boil. and add the Bittering hops. Boil for 45 minutes and add the Flavour hops, together with the Irish Moss. Boil for another 14 minutes, add the Aroma hops and boil for the final minute.
Ferment at 52°F until fermentation slows. Rack to carboy and secondary at 52°F until fermentation is complete. Rack to keg and lager at 38°F for a month.
