A simple, refreshing brew using authentic Bavarian Weizen beer yeast.
Bring 1½ gallons of water to a boil, remove from heat, add Malt Extract and stir to dissolve well. Top up to 2½ gallons, bring back to a boil and add the hops. Boil for 60 minutes.
